The duration of the courses depends on each individual course. Click on the course of your interest to know the duration as the duration is indicated on the course portal.

Rates are indicated on each course and covers a personal license to access your selected course for the duration allowed and varies from course to course.

Payment for the course can be made using your Credit/Debit Card or MPESA on the platform as you register online. They can also be made through the bank and on confirmation you will be sent credentials to access your course(s)

When you are ready to take the exam,you will on your learner portal book for the same by choosing the date and time convenient to you.Upon approval the exam link will be sent to your portal but will only be active on the examination date and time.Booking of the examination should be made at least 5 days to the preferred examination date.Please note the examination is based on multiple choice questions.

Also note that the examination is proctored by Examus, an AI online online proctoring solution that will record the fentire exam session.You are advised to take the exam in a true examination condition without any violations as if found to have flouted examination rules you will not be approved to download and print your certificate.

You will be able to know the result within seconds of submitting your last answer. And if you pass, you will be able to immediately download and print your certificate of completion from your learner portal.However note you will need approval to download and print the certificate since the examination is proctored by Examus, an AI online proctoring solution and we will need to ascertain that the examination was done in true examination conditions and that there were no violations.

The passmark 70%

If you fail the exam you will be will allowed to retake the exam at a cost of US$50 per retake.You are allowed only two (2) retakes and if not successful you will have to re-enroll for the course afresh at the prevailing course fees.

The certificate you download and print is sufficient but on request we can print for you a high quality original certificate and have it sealed. However, this service will cost an extra US$30 for those in Nairobi and US$ 40 for those outside Nairobi but within Kenya.
